Due to the large volume of messages we receive daily, we may not be able to respond to all inquiries, or it may take some time to reply. We appreciate your understanding.
To ensure we can respond promptly and accurately to your questions, we kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding of the following:
- Some inquiries may already be addressed in the "FAQ" or "News" sections. Please check these before contacting us.

Replies will be handled during the Supporters Club Office's business hours on weekdays (8:30 AM - 5:00
PM), excluding weekends, public holidays, and other designated holidays.
Inquiries sent outside of business hours may take longer to receive a response. - We cannot respond to questions regarding players' physical condition, personal information, staffing decisions, team reinforcement, transfers, player selection, or match officiating.
We appreciate your understanding of the above.
Regarding Business Proposals
We occasionally receive product or service proposals from companies. However, as this contact form is intended for supporters' questions and feedback, we generally do not respond to such proposals.
Match and Ticket Inquiries
Please contact us well in advance. We cannot respond to urgent inquiries.
